A Scoop of Our Story
Owners Nick and Jackie named Huckleberry’s after the ice cream parlor and restaurant Nick’s grandparents once ran at the old Familyland Waterpark here in Wisconsin Dells — a beloved summer spot filled with laughter, splashes, and the smell of fresh waffle cones. Both Nick and Jackie grew up in this community, and their deep local roots inspire everything they do — from classic ice cream scoops to all-day brunch favorites.
That little parlor was more than just a dessert stop. It was where families gathered after a sunny day, where kids enjoyed their first big cone, and where smiles and scoops went hand in hand.
Today, Huckleberry’s carries that spirit forward — blending nostalgic flavors with fresh, homemade treats, served with the same warmth and care Nick’s grandparents were known for. We’ve also grown beyond ice cream and baked goods to offer savory brunch dishes alongside our classic sweets, all made with the same dedication to quality and flavor.
It’s their way of keeping that legacy alive, one delicious bite at a time.
